Simple terms, clearly set out.

01What you get

• A professional website, built and written for you.
• Hosting, security and your website kept live and online.
• Local SEO, so your business can be found on Google.
• Ongoing support and changes (see section 04).

02What it costs

Build fee: £199 + VAT, a one-off payment, due before your site goes live.

Care & hosting: from £15 + VAT per month — this keeps your site live, hosted, secure and maintained. There are three monthly plans to choose from, depending on how often you want changes made (see section 04).

Any larger or additional work will always be quoted and agreed with you in advance.

03Paying

The build fee is payable up front. The monthly fee is collected by Direct Debit or standing order from the go-live date.

If a monthly payment fails, we'll let you know and give you a chance to sort it. If it stays unpaid, your website may be taken offline until payment is up to date (see section 06).

04Changes & support

Your monthly plan covers small updates to your site — things like new photos, prices, opening hours, contact details, services, reviews or social links. There are three plans:

What counts as a “set”: a set is everything you send us in one request — however much is in it. So “update my opening hours, add five photos and add a new service” all in one message is one set. Send us three separate requests across the month and that's three sets. Follow-ups on the same day count as part of the same set.

Switching plans: you can move up or down a plan whenever you like — the change takes effect from your next monthly payment. No notice, no tie-in.

Need more changes? If you'd like more changes than your plan includes in a month, just move up to a plan with more — and you can move back down again the following month.

Turnaround is in working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) and starts once we've got everything we need from you, such as the photos or wording.

Quoted separately: larger work such as new pages, redesigns, new features or additional websites isn't part of a monthly plan. We'll always agree the cost with you first.

05Your domain & your content

• Your website lives on your own domain (web address), and that domain stays yours.
• You keep ownership of your own content — your photos, text, reviews and business information.
• While your monthly care plan is active, your site stays hosted and looked after by us.

06If a payment stops

The monthly fee is what keeps your website live and maintained. If it stops, we'll always contact you first.

07Cancelling

• You can cancel your monthly care plan at any time with 30 days' notice.
• On cancellation, your website is taken offline at the end of the notice period, and your domain remains yours to use elsewhere.
• If you'd like to take the website files to host elsewhere instead, you can do so at any time — see the note at the end of these terms.

08Getting live

To put your site live on your domain, we'll need access to where your domain is registered — or you can grant us access or make the change with our guidance. We'll do our best to go live quickly once your details and payment are in place.

09The sensible bits

• We'll always do our best for you, but we can't guarantee specific Google rankings or a set number of enquiries — search engines and markets are outside anyone's control.
• Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
